Open daily from 06:00 to 21:00, this Vietnamese bistro at 141 Tran Dinh Xu, Ho Chi Minh City traces its roots to 1942, when it was founded in Hanoi by Nguyen Van Mieu, a former employee of the French charcuterie house Michaux. The family moved the business to this Trần Đình Xu address in 1982, and it is now run by Mieu's third-generation descendant. The kitchen serves Vietnamese and indigenous dishes alongside steak, with wine and beer available. Reservations are accepted, and the restaurant is cash only.
