Who we are

saigoninsider.guide is an independent guide to Ho Chi Minh City. By using it, you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].

What the guide is, and what it is not

The listings, rankings and descriptions are our editorial judgement. No venue pays to appear or to rank higher.

Places change. Hours move, prices rise, kitchens close. We check what we publish, but we cannot promise that every detail is current when you arrive. Check with the venue before you make a special trip, and treat nothing here as medical, legal or financial advice. That includes the wellness and clinic listings.

If we got something wrong, tell us on the contact page and we will fix it.

Photographs and ratings from other sources

Some photographs and ratings come from third parties, including Tripadvisor and Google. We credit them where they appear, and they belong to their owners. Do not reuse them from our pages.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account or with your email and a password. Keep them secure, because anything done while you are signed in is done as you. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used unlawfully.

What you put on the site

The lists you make are yours. If you make a list public, you allow us to show it on the site. Keep it lawful, and do not use list names or descriptions to advertise, harass anyone, or impersonate someone.

Our content

The writing, rankings, design and code of the guide belong to us. You may link to any page and quote short passages with credit. Do not copy the guide in bulk, scrape it, or republish it.

Liability

The guide is free and provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it, including a wasted journey to a place that has closed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any rights that the consumer law of the place where you live gives you.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top.
