Landmark 81, at 720A Điện Biên Phủ in Binh Thanh, is the tallest building in Vietnam. Its SkyView observation deck covers floors 79 to 81 and looks out over the city and the Saigon River. Tickets are sold in the mall's basement. The mall has an ice rink, and a riverside park runs along the front of the tower. The SkyView deck is open 10AM to 9:30PM, from 9:30AM at weekends.
