On Bui Vien St in District 1, on the rooftop of Sahara Beer Club, Chop and Cut Cooking Class has run hands-on Vietnamese cooking sessions since 2016. Classes introduce visitors to Vietnamese food culture through a choice of menus, guided by English-speaking staff. Courses are aimed at tourists and other visiting professionals wanting an introduction to local dishes and techniques.
