A short, shaded pedestrian street of bookshops and cafes beside the Central Post Office, opened in 2016 and officially named after Nguyen Van Binh. The bookstalls sell Vietnamese and some English titles, children's books and stationery, and the cafes have seats under the trees. A quiet break between the cathedral and the post office.
